Terms & Conditions
Please refer to your specific, detailed pilgrimage/tour brochure for terms and conditions. Below you will find our common policy, though your program may include different limitations, fees, and inclusions.
Things you should know
PAYMENT: Peter's Way Tours standard payment policy is as follows: Deposits and insurance payments will be accepted in the form of a check or money order only. Final payments can be made by check or money order. Mastercard, VISA, American Express, or Discover card payments will incur a convenience fee of $100.00.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Price per person is based on two persons sharing twin-bedded rooms (some programs offer triple/quad accommodations) with private facilities in first or tourist class hotels throughout your tour. Triple Rooms are available for family or friends traveling together. We discourage triple room accommodations because they are normally not spacious and there may be no discount for triple occupancy. Single Rooms are limited but may be requested at time of booking for an additional charge. While single rooms provide privacy, they are often smaller than twin rooms and sometimes poorly located.
SINGLE TRAVELERS: We honestly do not like to assess an additional charge for the single traveler and will make every effort (if you so desire ) to match you with a same-gender roommate when we receive your application, but we do not guarantee a roommate can be matched. If there is no one with whom you can share accommodations, you will be charged the single room supplement fee.
TRANSFER AND PORTERAGE: Round trip private transfers from/to Airport/Hotel. Porterage of one piece of luggage per person throughout your tour at hotels. Although the Airlines may currently allow you to check two pieces of luggage, we strongly suggest that you travel with one suitcase and one carry-on, as coach luggage storage is limited. Please be advised, passenger(s) opting for the land only package or who are deviating from the group itinerary will be responsible for their own transfers to/from Airport/Hotel.
SIGHTSEEING AND ENTRANCE FEES: All sightseeing as per itinerary aboard a private motorcoach with the services of a government-licensed, English-speaking guide. Entrance fees to noted sites are included.
SERVICE CHARGES FOR ITINERARY CHANGES: Peter's Way is pleased to assist clients with changes in itineraries (All deviation requests must be submitted in writing at least 90 days prior to departure). Due to the overseas communication expenses and staff time required to change logistics, we must assess a service charge per person per revision, plus the applicable airline change fee. Trip members are responsible for all additional costs associated with en-route itinerary changes.
LAND ONLY PASSENGERS: A passenger choosing the land only portion of the package must notify Peter's Way, in writing, 100 days prior to date of departure or a penalty fee will be assessed. If traveling on British Airways, Peter's Way must be notified at least 165 days prior to departure to avoid penalty fee. Please be advised, passengers opting for the land only package or who are deviating from the group itinerary will be responsible for their own transfers to/from Hotel/Airport.
LATE RESERVATIONS: A fee for late bookings, subject to availability and document delivery, may be assessed. Special delivery charges incurred will also be due in advance.

("Peter's Way"), is only acting as intermediary and agent for the suppliers identified on this, or any accompanying documents, in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by Peter's Way (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). TRAVELER HEALTH ADVISORY: All passengers must ensure that they are medically and physically fit for travel and that such traveling will not endanger themselves or others as tours entail a lot of walking, climbing up/down stairs, etc. Any participant who is physically challenged must submit a certificate from his/her medical doctor stating that he/she is capable of taking part in this tour without assistance.
