a warm welcome to Spain’s Heart & “Sol.” Bask in
the spotlight when you sing for Masses and present formal
concerts at some of the most highly esteemed venues in
Spain, including the Basilica of San Miguel in Madrid,
Santo Tome Church in Toledo, and the Cathedral and Iglesia
del Salvador in Seville. You will tour some of the most
beautiful cities of Andalusia. Both the Mediterranean
and Atlantic oceans bath the vast stretch of coastline
in the south of Spain. You will return refreshed by the
warmth of this beautiful region.

Day 1 | Thursday | Depart for Spain
Day 2 | Friday | Arrive Madrid – Excursion to El Escorial
Experience El Escorial, the world-renown monastery/palace built by King Phillip II. The “Valle de Los Caidos” is both a Basilica and memorial, honoring the fallen of Spain’s Civil War.
Day 3 | Saturday
| Tour of the Prado Museum
Vigil
Mass & Concert
at the Basilica of San Miguel
Tour of Prado Museum marked by works of El Greco, Velasquez, Murillo, and Goya. Collections include works by Italian and Flemish Masters. Sing for Mass and present a formal public concert at the magnificent Basilica of San Miguel.
Day 4 | Sunday | Full Day Excursion to Toledo – Sing for Sunday Mass at Santo Tome
Visit the ancient city of Toledo, overlooking the Tagus River. Sing for Sunday Mass at the Chapel of Santo Tomé, Toledo’s jewel.
Day 5 | Monday | Highlight tour of Madrid– Afternoon at leisure
Get a glimpse of Madrid’s most outstanding attractions: Puerta del Sol, the fountains of Neptune and Cibeles, Alcala Gate, Gran Via, Plaza de Espana, Plaza de Oriente, and the historic Plaza Mayor. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure.
Day 6 | Tuesday | Madrid | Cordoba | Granada
Today we head south for Cordoba, an ancient city in Andalusia and once the capital of the Caliph, ruler of the Islamic Kingdom of southern Spain. Walk through the well-preserved and charming “Juderia” (Jewish quarter). Arrive in Granada, the foothills of the Sierra Nevada.
Day 7 | Wednesday | Granada | Seville
Morning tour of Granada will explore the Alhambra and major Christian monuments in the city, including the Royal Chapel where Isabel and Ferdinand lie buried.
Day 8 | Thursday | Highlights Tour of Seville - Evening Performance
Begin the day with a city tour of Seville, on the banks of the Guadalquivir River. Visit Maria Louisa Park, Plaza de Espana, the Gothic Cathedral and the charming old quarter of Barrio Santa Cruz. Sing for the scheduled Mass at the Cathedral, followed by a recital, or present a formal concert at Iglesia del Salvador in Seville.
Day 9 | Friday | Seville | Madrid
Morning at leisure to enjoy Seville on your own. Return to Madrid for overnight.
Day 10 | Saturday | Return to the USA
