France’s Catholic heritage spans many centuries,
and the country’s devotion to the Blessed Virgin
Mary is evident. On this pilgrimage, you will
enter sacred spaces and places that commemorate
the abiding presence of God’s love in our midst
through the lives of the Saints. Visit Marian
Shrines such as Lourdes, where miraculous waters
draw pilgrims from all over the world! In Paris,
tour the magnificent Notre Dame Cathedral. Visit
Rue de Bac, where the Blessed Mother appeared
to St. Catherine Labouré, revealing her mission
to establish and spread devotion to the Miraculous
Medal. Visit the Vincentian Motherhouse and the
Chapel where the reliquary of St. Vincent de
Paul is housed. An excursion to Lisieux will
deepen your devotion to St. Thérèse, the Little
Flower. The Blessed Mother will draw you more
deeply into communion with her Son, Jesus, as
you go from shrine to shrine in a spirit of prayer.

Day 1 | Monday | Depart for France
Day 2 | Tuesday | Arrive Lyon | Ars | Paray-Le-Monial
A picturesque journey from St-Jean Cathedral in Lyon will lead you to Ars. In Ars you will learn of St. John Vianney’s way to heaven. Visit and celebrate Mass at the Shrine of the “Cure of Ars.” Reflect on the love St. John Vianney had for God en route to Paray-Le-Monial.
Day 3 | Wednesday | Paray-Le-Monial | Nevers | Paris
Retrace the life of St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, in Paray-Le-Monial. Open your heart to the source of many graces in the Chapel of the Visitation where Jesus exposed his Sacred Heart to her. Celebrate Mass at the Shrine of Apparitions. In the convent Chapel of St. Gildard, in Nevers, you will behold the beautiful incorrupt body of St. Bernadette. She will move you deeply to reflection and prayer, as you continue on to the “City of Lights.”
Day 4 | Thursday | Notre Dame | Paris Highlights
Receive great graces in the Daughters of Charity Convent, as St. Catherine Labouré received her great mission to spread devotion to the Miraculous Medal, revealed to her by the Blessed Virgin Mary. Celebrate Mass at the Shrine of the Miraculous Medal. Visit the Shrine of St. Vincent de Paul, just a few blocks away. See the prominent sights, landmarks and sanctuaries of Paris, including the Champs Elysées, Arc de Triumphe, Eiffel Tower, Cathedral of Notre Dame and the Sacred Heart Basilica (Sacre Couer Basilica)
Day 5 | Friday | Excursion to Lisieux and D-Day Landing Sites
The “Little Flower” lights the pilgrim way to the birthplace of St. Thérése, early home and first school of the Martin family’s Christian life. See Les Buisonnets, the humble family home in Lisieux, from where Thérése entered Carmel. Celebrate Mass at the Basilica of St. Thérése. Visit the Crypt and Cathedral of St. Peter. Explore the D-Day landing sites, Museum in Arromanches, Omaha Beach, and honor our fallen heroes at the American cemetery of St. Laurent.
Day 6 | Saturday | Mont-St.-Michel | Paris
Celebrate Mass at the impressive island-Monastery of Mont-St-Michel. The shrine represents some of Catholicism’s most artistic and architectural achievements. Balance of day at leisure upon return to Paris.
Day 7 | Sunday | Louvre Museum Tour | Chartres
See the world famous Louvre collection of artifacts and works by masters such as Rembrandt, Rubens, Raphael, Titian, and Da Vinci’s famed painting, the Mona Lisa. The sculpture wing houses Venus de Milo and Winged Victory of Samothrace. Celebrate Mass at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Chartres. Optional at an additional cost, you may choose an evening illuminated cruise along the Seine.
Day 8 | Monday | Paris | Lourdes
Depart Paris for the pilgrim town of Lourdes, where the Blessed Virgin Mary confirmed her title to the world; “I am the Immaculate Conception.” The beauty of the Grotto will inspire you and invite you to take part in afternoon Mass at the shrine, the evening candlelight procession and the recitation of the rosary with hymns honoring the Mother of God.
Day 9 | Tuesday | Full day in Lourdes
Celebrate early morning Mass in the Grotto. The beauty of Lourdes recalls the memory of the apparitions of the Blessed Mother to St. Bernadette. A full day includes sacred sites and places related to the apparitions and life of St. Bernadette.
Day 10 | Wednesday | Return to the USA
