Do I need a visa?
For most of the countries we serve, visas are not required for US
citizens, except for Egypt and Turkey. For a complete listing of

What are the passport requirements?
You will need a valid US Passport for entry into any foreign country,
except Canada and Mexico, which requires proof of citizenship (expired
passport, certified birth certificate with raised seal, naturalization
certificate) along with driver's license or other government issued
photo ID. Most foreign countries require that your passport is valid
for at least six months from your date of entry. If you do not have
a passport, you should apply well in advance because the processing
time can exceed three months in some parts of the US. For complete

How can I contact the U.S. Embassies abroad?
It is always wise to have contact information for U.S. Embassies
and Consulates for the countries you plan to visit. A complete listing
of our embassies can be found at: http://usembassy.state.gov
What about currency exchange? In your welcome packet you will recieve a foreign currency "cheat sheet" updated with current exchange rates. Most of Europe has adopted the EURO. Before you depart, you can check foreign exchange rates at your local bank, or on the web at: http://www.oanda.com/convert/cheatsheet
How do I pay for my trip?
Deposits and insurance payments will be accepted in the form of a check or money order only. Final payments can be made by check, money order, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.A $100.00 convenience fee will apply to your account. Credit card companies will happily issue you checks which you can use for payments, sometimes with additional benefits. Your program brochure will include an enrollment form which includes your payment schedule.
