choir, church/organization, or spiritual leader and a letter of
invitation, along with the itinerary and pricing information for
the tour, and an enrollment form. The pamphlets are an excellent
method of promotion for the trip, because all of the information
is right at your fingertips. This service is completely

We come to you! We will come to your
church or organization and give a full presentation to all potential
participants, usually including slides or video of the area you
wish to visit. This service too, is completely
complimentary.
Group
Leader Inspection Tour For prospective or confirmed group leaders, an annual inspection tour to your desired country is offered. The subsidized
package rate for these preview tours is fully
refundable from New York, by credit or check, when your group
is under deposit for a Peter's Way tour. See
for yourself!
Confirmed
Flights in Advance
Many tour operators will not be able to advise you of your flight
itinerary until the last minute, because often they do not have
them confirmed until then. Our air space is locked in well in advance,
and you will know your airline, flight numbers and times before
you send payment. Provide us with your frequent flyer account
numbers and we will make sure the airline has them noted.
Confirmed
Hotels in Advance
In most destination cities, Peter's Way has long relationships with
recommended hotels allowing us to frequently and closely monitor
quality control. Our partner offices continually update us with
new property possibilities for our groups as they inspect the services
of each hotel. We typically offer first class,
superior tourist class, and tourist class properties (all with private
facilities) to provide groups flexibility. In many cases,
we have ongoing seasonal contracts with hotels to ensure adequate
group space well in advance. Hotels are confirmed
when rates are guaranteed. Should the group be smaller or
larger than anticipated, we will offer other hotel options to group
leaders if available. Should we change a hotel close to departure,
it is only due to an upgrade in standard. Many of our competitors
wait until the last minute to confirm hotel space, hoping to find
a deal, usually resulting in splitting the group between hotels
and/or poorly located accommodations.
Confirmed
Performances/Liturgies in Advance
At no charge, Peter's Way obtains various performance/liturgical
confirmations well in advance. Since each of our performing groups
are different, we offer a variety of settings:
private Mass, public Mass, informal singing, mini-concerts and formal
announced full concerts, with proven promotional efforts. Even difficult
to confirm opportunities, like singing a private
recital in the Sistine Chapel, or participating
in a Papal Mass are no problem. Be part of a popular ongoing,
well-attended concert series or participate
in a Festival with cultural exchange. We can assist you in obtaining written confirmation from the Vatican for a variety of liturgical settings celebrated at the Altar of the Chair of St. Peter's Basilica for principal visiting choirs. From the weekly Archpriest Mass, to a Parish Mass, or the Sunday Latin Mass, we will work with you to secure the best opportunities that fit the needs and goals of your choir. Perhaps you will add a private Mass at the Tomb of St. Peter. Enjoy special seating and exclusive singing at a Papal Mass!
Individual
Billing
Often, tour operators will require group leaders to be responsible
for collecting and submitting all payments from their participants.
Peter's Way handles all the details.
Participants will submit enrollments directly to us for processing.
We will bill each individually, monitor any past due payments, and
periodically forward participant lists, allowing group leaders to
focus on their important duties.
Travel
Insurance
Our fully comprehensive travel insurance
policy was developed to meet the needs of our participants and includes
many benefits, including trip cancelation, trip interruption, and
medical abroad. Insurance is available optionally to participants,
with premiums based on tour package cost. If paid early, the pre-existing
condition clause is waived! All participants pay the same
premium, no matter their age.
Extending
Your Tour
If individuals wish to extend their trip, we
can arrange return and additional flights, hotel accommodations,
train tickets, car rentals and sightseeing tours. We also offer
land-only packages, for individual flexibility.
Easy
Payment Plan
Peter's Way offers program customization at no charge or obligation.
Peter's Way only requires a $350 initial deposit from each participant at a negotiated deadline. We don't need any more of your funds until approximately 90 - 130 days prior to departure when your final payment will be due.
Risk
Free
Did you know that if a group fails to materialize due to low participation levels - up to 130 days prior to departure - Peter's Way refunds enrolled participants in full and extends an invitation to join another group during the season and at the destination of preference.
Partner
Offices Abroad
During your tour, you will meet representatives from our partner
offices located in one of your destination cities. Other agencies
try to cut corners by making arrangements directly with no local
partner representation - what happens if something goes wrong? It
is vital to have a local contact that has
the authority and coordination to resolve issues promptly
and satisfactorily. Some examples include alternative sightseeing
due to strikes, weather,or acts of God; interruption of bus service;
participant illness; flight delays/cancelations; and verification
of special, customized arrangements.
Professional
Tour Managers
All buses are assigned an authorized bus driver and professional,
government-licensed, English-speaking native
tour manager which will remain with the group throughout, from
arrival until departure for home. Some agencies employ only
one individual, a driver/guide, again to cut costs, which typically
leads to reduced services and a lack of quality control.
